Definition
A managed marketing service where the provider handles strategy, content, and execution. The client approves outputs rather than producing them.
Why it matters
This model appeals to owners who know marketing matters but have neither the hours to do it nor the desire to manage a freelancer's to-do list. Instead of buying tools or briefing a contractor task by task, you approve finished work and stay in your zone. The tradeoff is control and voice: if the provider doesn't truly understand your customers, the output can be polished but generic, so the approval step is where you protect your brand rather than rubber-stamp.
