Pricing
What it costs, and what decides it.
The numbers are below. No form in front of them, and no range that moves depending on what we think you can pay.
What does Deptly cost?
Ongoing execution is $700 a month, month to month, covering one to two complete responsibilities carried end to end: the rules, the approvals, the oversight, and the weekly brief included. Workflow setup is $1,500 one time, charged when there is no website build. No long contract, no per-lead pricing, no revenue share, and no discount because you asked.
The three numbers
All three published. Which of them applies depends on what you need, not on what we think you can pay.
Ongoing execution
$700 / month
One to two complete responsibilities carried end to end. Month to month. Includes the rules, the approvals, the oversight, the weekly brief, and ongoing refinement. An entry price, not a ceiling.
Workflow setup
$1,500 one time
Discovery, workflow map, rule and approval definition, system connection, testing, and tone tuning. Charged when there is no website build.
Website build
$3,000 one time
When demand generation is genuinely part of the problem. Setup is included; the discovery is shared, so it is not charged twice. One price, no conditions.
- No per-lead pricing.
- No revenue share.
- No percentage of what we recover.
A flat fee means there is never an argument about attribution; what Deptly recovers is yours, all of it.
What setup actually includes
Setup is real work and it is charged. Waiving it inside a website build is legitimate because the discovery is genuinely shared.
- A working session on how the business actually runs: not a form, a conversation
- A written workflow map: every trigger, every step, every point the loop can break
- Your rules and approval thresholds defined and written down, per workflow
- Connection to the systems you already run, and a documented plan for the ones that only have a browser login
- Your price book, service list, and policies loaded so answers come from your records rather than a guess
- Tone tuning against your real past messages, so what goes out sounds like your business
- End-to-end testing on real scenarios before anything reaches a customer
- The single measurement we will hold ourselves to, agreed and put in writing
Run it against your own last three months
Deptly costs $8,400 a year. Here is what that is next to one job you did not get back to.
Senior care
One home care case that started Friday instead of going to the agency that answered first.
20 hrs/week at $35/hr, about $36,000 a year
Those are revenue figures, not profit; apply your own margin and the arithmetic still lands inside the year on every one of them.
Landscaping
One $28,000 patio proposal that went quiet.
$28,000
Those are revenue figures, not profit; apply your own margin and the arithmetic still lands inside the year on every one of them.
Home services
One sewer line replacement.
$8,000 to $20,000
Or one full HVAC system replacement, at the $20,000 end.
Those are revenue figures, not profit; apply your own margin and the arithmetic still lands inside the year on every one of them.
Health & dental
Two orthodontic case starts.
$5,000 to $7,500 each
Those are revenue figures, not profit; apply your own margin and the arithmetic still lands inside the year on every one of them.
Med spas
Two consultations that closed instead of ending in "let me think about it."
$4,000 to $6,000 each
Those are revenue figures, not profit; apply your own margin and the arithmetic still lands inside the year on every one of them.
Legal
One probate matter that was signed instead of cooling off over a weekend.
$5,000 to $10,000
Those are revenue figures, not profit; apply your own margin and the arithmetic still lands inside the year on every one of them.
We are not telling you how many you will get. We do not know your volume yet, and anyone who quotes you a number before they have seen your book is guessing. We are telling you what one of them is worth against the price, so you can check it against your own last three months.
What we do instead of a free month
Month to month. One number that proves it. No long contract.
Before anything goes live we agree on the single measurement that would tell you this is working: every inquiry answered the same day, every open estimate followed, the recall list worked to the bottom. It goes in writing. If it is not doing that after the first thirty days, we keep working it at no additional cost until it does, or you stop. There is no term to get out of.
What we do not do
- No long contract.
- No free trial.
- No per-lead pricing.
- No revenue share.
- No discount because you asked; the price is the price for everyone.
What we are instead of
An honest structural comparison. What each option genuinely does, and where it stops.
A part-time front desk
What it does
Answers while they are at the desk, knows your business, handles the human moments well.
Where it stops
Cover evenings, weekends, or the hours they are not there, and the follow-up that piles up between shifts still lands on you.
An answering service
What it does
Picks up around the clock and takes a message.
Where it stops
Quote from your price book, book into your calendar, chase the estimate afterwards, or close the loop. The message still becomes your job.
An agency retainer
What it does
Brings you more inquiries.
Where it stops
Answer them, follow them, or finish them. Demand poured into a business that leaks follow-up just makes the leak louder.
Doing it yourself at 9 PM
What it does
Gets done, correctly, by the person who knows the answer.
Where it stops
Scale, stop, or give the evening back, and it is the reason so much of the business still routes through one person.
What to expect as it grows
The entry number is published precisely. The two above it are scoped, because they depend on things we cannot know before seeing your business.
| Stage | Shape | What determines it |
|---|---|---|
| Starting workflow | $700 / month | One to two responsibilities, standard volume, systems we can reach. |
| Managed function | Scoped above entry | A full cluster carried: the entire front-desk loop, say, or capture through booking through follow-up. |
| Operating layer | Scoped at scale | Multiple clusters, multi-location, higher volume, deeper system work, or regulated environments requiring additional oversight. |
What drives the price
- Responsibilities carried
- Activity volume
- Channels
- Systems
- Business-specific rules
- Oversight level
We do not discount. If $700 a month is not workable yet, the honest answer is that we are not the right fit, not a smaller number.
Pricing questions, answered
There is not one. Deptly is month to month. There is no term to get out of, which is deliberate; a long contract is how a service stops having to earn the next month.
You tell us, and the current month finishes. No cancellation window to catch, no exit fee, no retention call you have to sit through. Your records and rules are yours; we hand back what we hold.
Month one is setup and the first workflow going live. Month two is where it starts compounding: the rules get sharper because real situations have tested them, the decisions you made once stop coming back to you, and we look at the measurement we agreed and decide together whether to widen the scope or leave it alone.
You do. The domain, the content, and the site itself are yours, and they stay yours if you stop working with us. We do not hold a site hostage to a retainer.
The workflows stop and the work comes back to you. Your business memory, rules, and history are kept so restarting does not mean rebuilding, and if you would rather we deleted them, we do that instead.
Not without a conversation first, and not because your volume had a good month. The price moves when the scope moves (another responsibility, another location, a materially higher volume) and we tell you before it does, not after.
Anything that needs a licence or a professional judgment: legal advice, clinical decisions, financial sign-off. We also do not make pricing, hiring, or staffing decisions, and we do not decide which customers you take. Deptly prepares those and waits for you.
Your own tools stay your own bills: your CRM, your booking platform, your phone system. Deptly works inside them rather than replacing them, so there is nothing new to license on our side. If a workflow needs a paid add-on to reach a system, we tell you the cost before it is set up.
